Director, First Green & Workforce Development at GCSAA

GCSAA is seeking a hands-on leader to play a vital role in the development and execution of programs such as job readiness training career content creation career coaching mentorship and job board management; as well as oversee the First Green Program and FFA initiatives. As Director this position will lead GCSAAs initiatives to attract develop and retain a future-ready workforce for the golf course management industry. This individual will also represent GCSAA through presentations relationship-building and outreach efforts that encourage member engagement.
