Director, Foundation Partnerships
The Director, Foundation Partnerships is responsible for managing and advancing a national portfolio of foundation partners and prospects that drive revenue growth and long-term partnership sustainability.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Foundation Relations, this role serves as the strategic relationship manager for assigned foundation accounts, guiding partnerships through the full lifecycle from prospect qualification and cultivation to stewardship, renewal, and growth. Success in this role requires balancing relationship management with operational excellence, ensuring every partner experiences exceptional service, flawless execution, and measurable impact.
Working collaboratively across Resource Development, Marketing & Communications, Youth Development, Field Operations, Executive Leadership, and other cross-functional teams, you'll identify new funding opportunities, strengthen existing partnerships, and help advance BGCA's national fundraising strategy.

The starting salary for this role is $86,000 - $111,500 BGCA takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training and experience, as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. We are highly invested in every employee's total well-being and offer a substantial and comprehensive total rewards package.
This position requires approximately 20% travel, including occasional evenings and weekends, to support partner meetings, conferences, events, and organizational priorities.
