As part of the Unreal Engine Marketing team we help develop manage measure and enhance Epic campaigns across multiple verticals and channels.What Youll DoLead our global growth marketing strategy to accelerate acquisition engagement and retention for Unreal Engine and our broader suite of creator tools. Youll shape and execute the full user lifecyclefrom first discovery to long-term loyaltyby combining data-driven insights innovative campaigns and cross-functional collaboration.In this role you willLead and develop a high-performing team responsible for driving key metrics across the player journey including paid media paid social programmatic display and CRM marketingChampion a data-driven approach leveraging analytics to optimize campaigns at scaleEstablish comprehensive reporting frameworks and KPIs to measure performance and inform strategy across all lifecycle stagesCollaborate closely with product industry marketing and creative teams to create seamless engaging experiences aligned with the lifecycle strategyManage the web sales funnel including attribution tracking landing page performance and conversion optimizationRun account-based marketing (ABM) programs in partnership with sales driving pipeline for strategic targetsOwn SEO strategy and execution improving organic visibility and non-paid inbound trafficManage marketing automation: Build and optimize welcome series drip campaigns and lifecycle journeys to maximize engagement and conversionsOversee significant paid media budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI and impact across the entire user lifecycleIdentify innovative opportunities channels and technologies to enhance developer acquisition engagement and long-term retentionWhat were looking forProven leadership experience in lifecycle marketing growth marketing or performance marketing within the gaming or digital product spaceDeep expertise in paid media paid social SEO and account-based marketingExtensive experience developing and executing engagement and retention strategiesExceptional analytical skills comfortable using complex data to segment audiences measure performance and optimize lifecycle campaignsExperience leading and developing marketing teams responsible for acquisition engagement and analytics functionsFamiliarity with marketing technology platforms analytics tools and potentially data science applications in lifecycle managementExcellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the most senior levels of the companyDemonstrated ability to manage large budgets effectively and deliver measurable resultsA passion for gaming and familiarity with game developmentEPIC JOB EPIC BENEFITS EPIC LIFEOur intent is to cover all things that are medically necessary and improve the quality of life.
