Responsible for leading and directing the enterprise health information management services department across the multi-facility integrated healthcare delivery system including Kenmare Hospital Trinity Homes Trinity Clinics and Trinity Hospitals; striving for compliance and promoting best practices and education in all areas. Responsible for oversight of Facility and Physician Coding Release of Information Incomplete Documentation Transcription Record Storage Retrieval Document Imaging and Clinical Documentation Improvement.
