As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team youll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of Making Communities Healthier.More about our teamThe LBS Payroll team oversees payroll operations for facilities across the Lifepoint network ensuring accuracy compliance and consistency. Additional requirements include: Bachelors Degree required; preferably in a business-related field 9 years of payroll experience including at least 5 years in a leadership role CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) preferred Strong knowledge of payroll regulations policies and audit compliance Experience leading teams driving process improvement and managing complex payroll functions Advanced communication and relationship management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentEEOC StatementLifepoint Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
