We are looking for a Director of Maintenance Processing. In this role you will be responsible for providing comprehensive program and technical leadership to support MITER Operations and overall business objectives. This position manages assigned resources in alignment with MITER’s Vision, Common Purpose, and Quality Standards while driving safe, compliant, stable, and predictable maintenance and manufacturing processes. A key focus is leading cross-functional teams to deliver strategic technical support for initiatives ranging from early scoping to commercialization, including the design, validation, and qualification of maintenance processes.Pay Range: $149,000 - $186,900 (depending on experience and qualifications) Responsibilities Managing assigned resources in a manner consistent with MITER Vision, Common Purpose and Quality StandardsProviding comprehensive Program Management Leadership in support of all MITER Operations and general business objectivesLeading cross functional teams in maintenance process programs to facilitate safe, compliant, predictable and stable quality, customer service and operationsProvide strategic technical support for initiatives, and manufacturing footprint projects from scoping phase to commercializationSupport, design, validation, and qualification of manufacturing maintenance processes in support of MITER OperationsProviding appropriate analyses to drive Maintenance process, design, or component improvement.Managing assigned resources and collaborating with local plant and support center Operations, Safety, Quality, Engineering, HR, Operations, OpEx resources to optimize manufacturing processesProviding additional technical resources to manufacturing facilities to capture high-value Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunitiesCollaborating with local plant and regional maintenance, engineering, production and OpEx resources to support Root Cause investigations on high-risk/high-value product failure issues both internally and externallySupporting local and regional Operations teams to drive enterprise-wide LEAN and CI activities into Maintenance & Production Processes (. TPM)Sharing best practices across the enterprise through a variety of communication forumsAssisting local plant Manufacturing Engineer teams to provide optimal line designs, equipment solutions, line balancing, flow (one piece flow), and sequencing – Early Equipment ManagementAssisting plant Operation teams with technical expertise in major capacity/throughput improvement needs/opportunities related to production equipmentDesign, implement and support MITER Maintenance Technical Training programs for team members to increase their individual contribution, decision rights and fulfillment Qualifications BS Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, advanced degree a plus or equivalent job experienceLean / Sig Sigma / TPM knowledge / Certifications a plus5+ years of experience in supporting various Manufacturing Programs with increasing levels of responsibility10+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment About Us Our benefits package includes coverage of your health, wealth, and wellness for you and your eligible spouse/dependents.
