Materials Planner / 61931$65,000–$75,000+ DOEMonday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pmSapphire Recruitment is seeking an experienced Materials Planner to support a growing manufacturer by coordinating materials, production requirements, and customer demand. This role serves as a key link between sales, procurement, and operations to ensure accurate planning, efficient workflow, and strong inventory control.What You’ll DoPlan and manage materials to support production schedules and customer ordersEnter and maintain sales orders, work orders, and purchase order data in the MRP systemCoordinate with purchasing to ensure timely delivery of materialsManage inventory levels, monitor demand trends, and resolve shortages or changesMaintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and support cost and usage accuracyImprove kitting processes and workflow efficienciesDevelop and maintain SOPs and work instructions to support a strong MRP structureTrack production volume and report on supply chain performanceWhat You Bring6+ years of related experience in manufacturing or supply chain planningStrong understanding of MRP systems (Sage and MISys highly preferred)Proficiency in inventory management practicesExcellent analytical, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to make independent decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredBenefitsHealth and dental insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time offThis role is open due to growth and offers a strong opportunity to make an impact within the organization.Submit resumes to [email protected] for immediate consideration.Sapphire Recruitment is an EOE.
