The ideal candidate will be a data-driven and creative strategic thinker who can develop and execute innovative integrated media strategies that drive measurable business results for our clients. Were looking for a curious collaborative and innovative storyteller who can dive into a clients business and uncover the consumer-centric white space for a brand to own.What you doStrategic Planning & LeadershipResponsible for understanding clients business objectives to provide strategic leadership and guidanceResponsible for finding mining and translating data into larger insights and provocations whether that be from business analysis and analytics or consumer researchResponsible for uncovering consumer problems and/or opportunities that open up white space for a brand to strategically ownDevelop data-backed communication strategies that activate consumer insights drive innovation for clients and provide clear roles of media that align to our core media objectivesPartner with planning and channel-leads throughout the plan build ensuring the strategy and objectives are tied to the recommendationActing as the champion of the story owning the deck and ensuring our collective output is simple and clear both visually and in narrativeCollaborating with the data and measurement teams to ensure we are building audience and measurement strategies that align back to our clients objectives and strategic visionDrive innovation in media planning approaches incorporating the latest industry trends and best practicesResponsible for presenting strategic media recommendations to senior client stakeholdersLead client meetings and workshops to align on objectives and approach for cross-channel planResponsible for partnering with account leaderships to bring proactive thought leadership to the businessProvide support with special projects and initiatives within the strategy group including new businessProvide guidance and insight about strategy practices to the wider team and departmentsClient LeadershipWork with clients to identify business problems and challengesBecome an authority on the clients business and their categoryBuild and maintain strong client relationships serving as a the day-to-day trusted advisor on media strategyProvide insight and perspective on the clients strategic directionProvide proactive thought leadership on the clients businessWho you areRequired Qualifications6 years of experience in media with significant experience in strategy and digital mediaExperience & demonstrated expertise in the Finance industryExperience working on large-scale full-funnel clients with at least $75M a year in media spendProven track record of developing and executing successful full-funnel cross-channel media strategiesDeep understanding of the the media landscape including programmatic social search and emerging channelsExperience with audience planning and segmentation including audience tools (GWI MRI YouGov Google Insights etc.)Deep understanding of media methodology including brand building principles and performance marketingProven experience taking complex plans and building easy-to-understand deck presentationsProven achievement on a clients business or at the agency-levelStrong presentation and communication abilitiesDirect management experience of at least 2 peopleDesired Skills & ExperienceStrong understanding of media measurement including digital metrics traditional media metrics and attribution modelingExperience with marketing technology platforms (DSPs DMPs attribution tools)Knowledge of marketing mix modeling and multi-touch attributionExperience with advanced analytics and data visualization toolsExperience working on local/regional clients and/or global clients#LI-MM1Current position range$125000$195000 USDWhat happens nextWe know searching for a job is tough and that you want to find the best career and employer for you.
