The network includes more than 30 ambulatory clinics featuring primary care Express Clinics and imaging and diagnostic services.Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our Director of Mission Integration (DMI) you will be a critical executive leader responsible for fully integrating the organizations mission vision values heritage ethics and identity into all aspects of our operations across multiple ministry sites.Every day you will provide executive oversight and leadership for Mission Services (e.g. Spiritual Care Community Benefit Ethics). You will collaborate with local Presidents and Mission Contacts to guide all employees as mission integrators ensuring the inherent vitality of our mission and values. You will serve as a senior executive leader for your assigned sites reporting directly to the SVP Mission Integration.To be successful in this role you will demonstrate exceptional leadership strategic vision and communication skills with a profound understanding of organizational mission and ethics in healthcare. You will have a proven ability to inspire and integrate mission and values across complex multi-site operations.In collaboration with the VP of Mission Integration: Provide spiritual enrichment and ongoing formation for leaders and staff at LDI Spiritual Day St. Francis Day Lunch and Learn etc.Member of the Mission Integration and Rural Ethics Committees.Provide Mission presence to all employees and volunteers weekly at our off-site rural campuses.Provide support to employees in difficult situations.When available patient family and resident visitation at all rural hospitals.Oversee care of the chapels at off-site locations.Job RequirementsRequiredBachelors Degree in TheologyRequired Experience:Director Key Skills APIs,Jenkins,REST,Python,SOAP,Systems Engineering,Service-Oriented Architecture,Java,XML,JSON,Scripting,Sftp Employment Type : Unclear Experience: years Vacancy: 1
