Summary Of PositionKeene State College is seeking appplications for a Director of Admissions who will engage in opportunities to advance Keene State Colleges plans and strategies for success related to Undergraduate and Graduate program growth. Reporting to the Vice President Enrollment and Student Engagement the Director provides vision leadership direction research and planning to formulate recruitment strategies; collaborates with faculty and administrators across campus to achieve objectives and oversees the operations of the unit that includes both Undergraduate and Graduate admissions.Other Minimum QualificationsMasters degree 7-10 years relevant experience 5 years supervisory experience in college recruitment and admissions Excellent verbal and written communications skills Demonstrated leadership skills Ability to identify a need and take initiative to address the need Ability to develop strong and collegial relationships across campus Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Ability to work in multiple database systems SIS and CRM Valid Drivers License and safe driving record Must be available to work non-traditional hoursAdditional Preferred QualificationsAdditionally the College has identified desirable qualifications that support our commitment to creating and maintaining a diverse campus community including the ability to speak a second language or to bring amulticultural perspective to campus.Additional Job InformationApplicants should be prepared to upload the following documents when applying online: Letter of application Resume Contact Information for references Application Deadline: Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled or otherwise closed at the Colleges discretion.
