Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: The Director, Branch Operations, is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's distributed mailroom services and for processing client paper-based medical claims and records into electronic systems and databases. This includes planning, implementing new clients, and maintaining new electronic workflows and document management systems.Location: Preferred locations are Greater Tampa Bay, Florida; Greater Los Angeles, CA; Clifton, NJ; Boise, ID; Greater Seattle, WA; Greater Dallas, TX; Greater Oakland, CA; Greater Phoenix, AZ; Scranton, PA. Were looking for a front-line, execution-oriented operations manager who can achieve quality and productivity metrics.Key Responsibilities:Meet and exceed branch performance metrics around costs and qualityOversee operations across nine branches across the countryManage operational staff with a focus on improved engagement and reduced attritionEnsure staff are trained on client-specific processing requirementsMonitor SLAs and ensure compliance with contractsAnalyze current paper-based workflows and processes to identify areas for digitization and process improvementAccountable for implementing and ensuring compliance with overall and individual branch productivity and quality metricsReview and maintain process documentation associated with the various client implementationsEnsure robust and tested Business Continuity Plans are in placeResponsible for physical security and operation of the facilities and vehiclesManage vendor spend\Ensure compliance with records retention policies, legal requirements, and data privacy/security regulationsQualifications:Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred5+ years of experience leading process improvement initiatives and achieving metricsStrong project management, process analysis, and change management skillsSix sigma certification preferredKnowledge of electronic document management systems, workflow automation, and digital archiving solutions preferredUnderstanding of records management principles and legal/regulatory compliance requirementsExcellent communication, ops management, and problem-solving abilitiesOn-site position can be based in Greater Tampa Bay or in Greater Los Angeles, or in one of our other seven (7) branch locations.
