A company is looking for a Director of Enterprise Sales, Brokerage.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales pipeline growth within the brokerage division, targeting corporate clients and financial institutionsSource, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities focused on trading and tokenization infrastructureCollaborate with senior sales managers to strategize account plans and assist with RFPs and contract negotiationsRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in a brokerage, trading, or capital markets role, with at least 3 years in a leadership positionExperience in the cryptocurrency or digital asset space is highly preferredBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related fieldStrong understanding of market structure and trading protocols in both traditional and digital asset marketsProven ability to build and maintain client relationships
