We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Director of Case Management to lead a high-performing team within a Level I Trauma Center in Detroit, MI. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving utilization management excellence, patient flow optimization, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement performance across a fast-paced acute care environment.

🎯 What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare-related field
- OR master’s in social work (MSW)
- Active RN or LCSW/LMSW license
- 3–5+ years of acute hospital Case Management leadership experience
- Strong background in:
- Utilization Management
- Transition/Discharge Planning
- Care Coordination
- Denial Prevention
- Patient Throughput
- Revenue Cycle collaboration
- Deep understanding of CMS regulations and The Joint Commission standards
- Proven leadership, communication, and operational management skills
