This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving utilization management excellence, patient flow optimization, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement performance across a fast-paced acute care environment.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare-related field
• OR master’s in social work (MSW)
• Active RN or LCSW/LMSW license
• 3–5+ years of acute hospital Case Management leadership experience
• Strong background in:
• Utilization Management
• Transition/Discharge Planning
• Care Coordination
• Denial Prevention
• Patient Throughput
• Revenue Cycle collaboration
• Deep understanding of CMS regulations and The Joint Commission standards
• Proven leadership, communication, and operational management skills
