Director of Clincal Operations at Swift Staffing Group

The Director of Clinical Operations will run the day to day operations of a rapidly growing ABA organization overseeing scheduling staffing intake flow and overall clinical operations while partnering closely with leadership. This role requires a calm grounded people focused leader who is excellent at building positive culture developing teams and creating systems and SOPs that support growth and clinical excellence.You will support RBTs BCBAs and administrative staff ensure smooth coordination between operations and clinical leadership and help scale the organization from dozens to hundreds of active clients while maintaining a high quality child first environment. The ideal candidate is hands on flexible hardworking and thrives in a fast paced growth oriented setting.
