Our model of care focuses on a personal and self-directed process that empowers the people we serve and helps them to develop the skills to thrive!Title: Director of Co-Occurring ServicesJob Duties: Supports the Co-Occurring Recovery Program across Crestwood. Provide support with assessment of person served Co-Occurring recovery program needs assesses and provides written evaluations of assigned campus programs. Provides guidance in developing policies procedures and works with the Interdisciplinary teams supporting the Co-Occurring programs.
