Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Director of Compressor Services is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive maintenance and operational functions of industrial compressors within the organization. This leadership role demands a strategic vision to enhance service quality and efficiency, ensuring that all operational standards are met and exceeded. The director will lead a team of compressor service professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a high-performance culture. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing rebuild protocols, optimizing repair schedules, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
