We’re seeking a passionate leader to support our project in Corpus Christi, TX, who thrives on collaboration, exceeds expectations, and challenges the status quo.In this role, you’ll be accountable for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of a complex data center construction project. You’ll engage directly with clients, construction teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure technical excellence, schedule adherence, and budget performance. Here's what you'll need Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline; or equivalent experienceMinimum 15 years of experience in heavy constructionProven leadership in managing large-scale, fast-track construction projectsStrong working knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning, design-build delivery, and technology infrastructureExperience building and leading high-performing teamsAbility to build and maintain strong client relationshipsIdeally, you’ll also have:Excellent verbal and written communication skills5 years or experienced focused on data center or mission-critical facilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with hyperscale clients, enterprise data centers, or colocation facilitiesFamiliarity with Uptime Institute standards, Tier certifications, and energy-efficient designPassion for innovation and continuous improvement in construction practicesAbility to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and remote environmentsOur health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
