Are you a senior-level Design Engineer Engineering Manager looking for a collaborative and supportive environment at a dynamic startup If so this Director of Design Engineering position may be for you:Were seeking a Director of Design Engineering who will lead the design and engineering of innovative manufacturable molded fiber products while bridging the gap between part and tooling design.In this role you will manage the design and engineering team and product development process identify opportunities and risks maintain a strong customer focus and take ownership of all aspects of product development. Youll foster early collaboration between part and tooling design drive a transparent repeatable process and ensure concepts move efficiently from customer request through prototyping to production.
