Responsibilities:Define the vision and performance standards for the enterprise's primary website and digital front door.Lead a dynamic, high-visibility digital roadmap and optimization strategy to ensure seamless customer journeys.Govern enterprise email and SMS channels to ensure highly personalized, cohesive user experiences.Establish robust measurement frameworks to evaluate funnel performance and continuous conversion improvements.Mentor and develop a cross-functional team of digital, marketing, and analytics specialists.
