Position SummaryThe Director of Dining Services provides both strategic and day-to-day leadership for all dining operations, including kitchen, dining rooms, café, and catering. This role ensures exceptional food quality, outstanding service, and full regulatory compliance while fostering a warm, mission-centered culture that supports residents, team members, and the broader community

What You’ll DoLead, coach, and support Dining Services supervisors and team membersEnsure a high-quality, enjoyable dining experience for residents and guestsDevelop and manage budgets, purchasing, and inventoryMonitor financial performance and operational efficiencyMaintain compliance with all food safety and regulatory standardsLead quality assurance efforts and continuous improvement initiativesEngage with residents and encourage meaningful dining experiences and eventsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident careOversee hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluationsCoordinate catering and special eventsWhat You BringStrong leadership skills with a heart for serviceAbility to motivate teams and foster a positive work environmentExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsQualifications:
