Job ResponsibilitiesThe Citadel The Military College of South Carolina seeks a innovative leader to serve as Director of Executive & Professional Education. This role is responsible for developing implementing and managing non-credit executive education and professional development programs that deliver high-impact learning experiences for professionals executives and organizational partners. This is a two-year contract position with the potential to become a full-time equivalent (FTE) role after the initial term. This role will be responsible for the following:Design and implement strategic executive education programs policies and offerings aligned with institutional goals.Oversee scheduling budgeting staffing and logistics for all programs.Collaborate with marketing teams to promote programs and drive enrollment using data-driven strategies.Recruit and support faculty and subject matter experts; ensure instructional excellence.Monitor program performance implement improvements and report to senior leadership.Minimum QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Education Leadership or related field.Minimum 5(five) years of experience in executive education professional development or corporate training.Strong leadership project management and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications Masters degree in a related field.Experience in higher education or corporate learning environments.Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles.*Applicants received by January 15th will be reviewed for full consideration*About The Citadel CollegeThe Citadel also known as the Military College of South Carolina is a public senior military college located in Charleston South Carolina.
