The team supports collaboration and innovation through on-site services and a dynamic work environment. We work closely with internal partners and external vendors to keep operations running smoothly. Joining us means contributing to a culture of service excellence and gaining exposure to global facilities management.How You Will Add ValueYou will oversee construction and maintenance for all our facilities in North and South America.You will manage real estate budgets exceeding $27M and approve transactions up to $100K.You will administer departmental budgets over $7M.You will work with our Planning and Design team and Regional Facility Managers to set and implement operational objectives.Travel is requiredWhat Will Help You Be Successful in This RoleExperience Education & CertificationsBachelors degree or 15 years of experience without a degree.10 years in facility management or real estate.Valid drivers license and CFM or CPM certification.Technical SkillsKnowledge of construction engineering or architecture.Proficiency in computer systems and facilities software.Soft SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making.Franklin Templeton offers employees a competitive and valuable range of total rewardsmonetary and non-monetary designed to supporttheir well-being and recognize their time talents and results.
