Director of Finance Full-Service HotelLocation: Greater Chicago AreaReports To: Managing DirectorTeam Size: 34 Accounting/Finance StaffOverview:We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead the financial operations of a full-service hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality accounting and a proven ability to manage a team in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all financial operations including budgeting forecasting and reporting.Ensure compliance with hotel brand standards and local regulations.Manage and mentor a team of 34 accounting/finance professionals.Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 5 years in hotel accounting preferably in a full-service environment.Systems: Familiarity with M3 and/or ProfitSword is highly preferred.Education: 4-year college degree in Accounting Finance or related field (ideal).Certification: CHAE preferred but not required.Brand Experience: Background with major brands such as Westin Marriott Starwood Hyatt or similar.Strong analytical leadership and communication skills.Location Requirement: Candidates should reside in or near the Greater Chicago Area.Compensation:$00base salary Up to 35% target bonusExcellent benefits 401k PTO etc. Relocation availableIND123Required Experience:Director Key Skills Crisis Management,Marketing,Public Relations,Fundraising,Media Relations,Constant Contact,Strategic Planning,Social Media Management,Team Management,Public Speaking,Wordpress,Writing Skills Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 140000 - 150000
