Job Details Key Responsibilities Partner closely with the VP of Human Resources and executive leadership to execute company-wide HR initiatives and people strategies. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development. Lead and manage key HR projects and initiatives from planning through implementation and evaluation. Oversee day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, policy development, HR compliance, and performance management. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. Support internal audits, policy updates, and HR best practice development. Partner with leadership to support recruiting, onboarding, retention, and workforce development initiatives. Assist with succession planning and leadership development programs. Support initiatives that improve employee engagement, communication, and workplace culture. Compensation, Benefits & HR Systems Support compensation and benefits programs including salary benchmarking and incentive programs. Help manage HRIS data integrity, reporting, and HR metrics to inform leadership decision-making. Drive process improvements and HR operational efficiency. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with strong generalist expertise. Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives and projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations. Experience supporting senior leadership and partnering with operations teams. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
