Job Description

This position develops manages and provides ongoing leadership for human resource functions in compliance with theDistricts established policies and goals as well as with all applicable Federal State and local regulations.Supervises the operations and activities of the human resources department planning process formulating and implementing human resource programs and services consistent with school district directives and policies.Plan and coordinate the recruitment and staffing for all district personnel.Plan and coordinate district processes for retention and development of employeesProvides leadership and support to administrative and supervisory staff on personnel issues.Provides support to district employee performance evaluation process for all district staff.Education and Experience:Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources Administration or similar field or a combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge skills and abilities to perform the above described duties.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Human resources in the functional areas of Human Resources including Recruitment Benefits Compensation Employee/Labor Relations Training and Development HRIS and Employee Communication and Recognition.Increasing levels of responsibility in the area of human resources.Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or the ability to obtain.Preferred Qualifications:Masters degree in Business Administration or Educational Leadership or Educational Administration or similar preferred.Supervisory ExperiencePrevious work in public school administration.Director of Human ResourcesDetailed Job Description2024-2026 Supervisor Master AgreementRequired Experience:Director Key Skills Talent Management,Employee Relations,Succession Planning,Employee Evaluation,Human Resources Management,Workers' Compensation Law,Benefits Administration,HRIS,Training & Development,Employment & Labor Law,Organization Design,Human Resources Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
