Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.Department/Unit SummaryJoin our team in a 32-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) located on the 1st floor. Staffed with RNs and CNAs. Our ICU operates with a 1:2 nurse to patient ratio. We manage a diverse range of diagnoses including respiratory failure cardio/pulmonary disease sepsis and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). We are looking at expanding our cardiac service line to offer more comprehensive care to the community.How youll contributeOversees the development and implementation of departmental goals and standards aligned with organizational clinical legal and ethical objectives. Directs and evaluates operationsincluding patient care technology service levels and complaintsto ensure quality and performance. Manages staffing activities such as hiring training evaluation and professional development while also overseeing budgets and ensuring compliance with financial and audit requirements. Additional requirements include:Requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
