Job Description

This will be an in-person position at either Little Rock, AR or Plymouth Meeting, PA. (Remote considered for the right candidate)

Regular travel will be required for partner meetings, trade shows, and licensing events.


Position Overview:

Image One is seeking a strategic and relationship driven Director of Licensing to lead and grow our licensing business. This role is responsible for developing and executing Image Ones's licensing strategy, managing high-value licensing relationships, and driving revenue growth through impactful licensing agreements.


The Director of Licensing will focus primarily on collegiate and military licensing portfolios, serving as a key external representative of Image One with licensing directors and licensing agencies. This position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, negotiation expertise, financial analysis, and relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Image Ones's overall licensing strategy with a primary focus on collegiate and military licensing programs.
  • Manage and grow key relationships with licensing directors, agencies, and institutional partners.
  • Negotiate high value licensing agreements that drive long term revenue growth and portfolio expansion.
  • Oversee licensing contracts, renewals, compliance requirements, and reporting obligations.
  • Partner cross functionally with sales, finance, product, and leadership teams to align licensing strategy with business goals.
  • Represent Image One at industry trade shows, licensing events, and partner meetings.
  • Stay current on industry trends, licensing regulations, and competitive landscape within collegiate, military, sports and entertainment licensing.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience managing licensing contracts or serving as a brand or Licensing Director.
  • Strong background in collegiate, sports, military, or entertainment licensing preferred.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating and managing complex, high value licensing agreements.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience analyzing sales data, forecasting revenue, and supporting financial planning related to licensing.
  • Experience working with multi-channel or apparel focused licensing portfolios.
  • Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
  • Exceptional relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to represent Image One at the highest level.
