Are you an experienced RN leader ready to take charge of a high-performing nursing team? Our White Plains skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations, drive exceptional resident outcomes, and build a top-tier nursing team.

This is a hands-on, executive leadership role where your expertise shapes resident care, staff development, and regulatory excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee all nursing operations and resident care
• Mentor, inspire, and guide RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Ensure continuous “survey-ready” status and manage DOH/CMS audits
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized care
• Manage budgets, staffing, resources, and QAPI initiatives to drive results

What You Bring

• Active, unencumbered NY RN license
• 5+ years in Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care
• 2+ years in nursing leadership (DON or ADON preferred)
• Strong track record leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
• Expertise in DOH/CMS regulations, MDS processes, and reimbursement
