This is a hands-on leadership role where youll guide mentor and inspire your clinical team while upholding the highest standard of hospice care.Key ResponsibilitiesLead coordinate and oversee all direct and indirect patient care services.Supervise and mentor clinical staff to ensure exceptional quality and adherence to organizational standards.Conduct regular chart audits to ensure compliance and maintain quality assurance.Conduct performance appraisals coaching and ongoing professional development for nursing and aide staff.Lead and participate in QAPI activities; gather and review quality data.Review intake information and determine appropriateness for hospice services.Ensure compliance with Medicare state and CHAP regulations.Maintain accurate complete patient clinical records.Manage clinical supply inventory.Support onboarding and orientation of new clinical staff.Provide patient visits in the home settingas needed.Lead interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings to drive patient-centered holistic care.Maintain ongoing professional growth through education conferences and industry involvement.What Were Looking ForGraduate of an accredited School of NursingRegistered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of ArizonaMinimum 2 years of hospice or home health nursing experience (hospice strongly preferred)Strong understanding of regulatory standards (Medicare state CHAP)Excellent communication skillswritten verbal and interpersonalConfident positive leadership style with a passion for team developmentAbility to collaborate motivate and build strong relationshipsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbout Ovation HospiceFounded in 2023 Ovation Hospice is a fast-growing regional hospice provider serving communities across the Western United States.
