We are seeking an exceptional Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team at Aristos Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services. Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

• Oversee the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring individualized and comprehensive care for each patient and resident

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication

• Recruit, hire, and evaluate nursing staff, providing mentorship and coaching to enhance job performance

• Conduct rounds and assess patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

• Partner with the Medical Director to develop and implement clinical programs and initiatives

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient records and reports

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote patient safety and satisfaction

Requirements

• Current active RN license

• Minimum 0 years of experience in a director-level role or equivalent leadership experience

• Proven track record of nursing leadership and management

• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in long-term care setting

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
