Blue Springs Wellness & Rehab is seeking an experienced and driven Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our clinical team and uphold our commitment to exceptional resident care.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide 24-hour leadership and oversight of Nursing Services
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
  • Lead and support nursing staff to maintain high-quality care standards
  • Oversee care planning, clinical operations, and resident outcomes
  • Partner with leadership on admissions, staffing, and quality initiatives
  • Step in for the Administrator when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Active RN license (state of practice required)
  • 2+ years of nursing leadership experience (DON or similar role preferred)
  • 5+ years in long-term care or acute care preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Passion for resident-centered care and team development
