Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to our nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence, respect, and patient-centered care

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, promote patient flow, and enhance clinical outcomes

• Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting staff engagement, development, and retention

About the Role:

As our Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for oversight of all nursing activities, including patient care, staffing, and budgeting. You will work closely with our medical director, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 Years in a Nursing leadership role

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
