We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team at the Springs of John Barrow facility in Little Rock. The DON will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality care for our residents, overseeing the nursing team, and maintaining compliance with all State and Federal regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of Long Term Care, and the ability to navigate the complexities of today’s clinical environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the nursing and clinical teams to provide exceptional care to residents.
• Educate and train staff on facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to all State and Federal guidelines and regulations.
• Foster a positive, high-performance work culture.

Director of Nursing Requirements:

• Must hold a valid RN license in the state of Arkansas.
• At least 2 years of experience as a DON preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Efficient, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
