Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDirector of Operations – Ground CampusesThe College of Health Care Professions (CHCP)Location: Campus-Based | Travel: Up to 20%| Relocation Required for Future PromotionAbout the RoleCHCP is seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to support ground campus performance, compliance, and student success. This role is part of CHCP’s Leadership Pathway Program and is designed as a preparatory step toward becoming a Campus President. The ideal candidate is an experienced higher-education leader ready to grow, lead cross-functional teams, and relocate as needed for advancement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily campus operations across Academics, Career Services, Financial Aid, and AdmissionsMonitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory complianceAssist with budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planningLead and develop faculty and departmental leadersOversee Admissions, Financial Aid, and Career Services performanceRepresent CHCP at community, employer, and student eventsQualifications5–10 years of leadership experience in higher educationBachelor’s required; Master’s preferredStrong operational, analytical, and communication skillsExperience leading diverse teams and driving resultsProficiency in Microsoft Office and basic database toolsWhy CHCP?Join an institution driven by its ICARE values—Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.
