That's why we offer competitive pay, great benefits, a positive work culture, transparent communication, and upper management that is accessible to all personnel.The Director of Operations (DOO) will oversee all janitorial service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee multi-site janitorial operations and ensure compliance with company standards. - Develop and implement systems to improve operational efficiency and quality. - Manage and mentor Area Supervisors, fostering career growth opportunities. - Build strong customer relationships through transparent communication and accountability. - Monitor financial performance, labor costs, and ensure profitability. - Lead incident resolution processes and customer retention initiatives. - Drive continuous improvement aligned with company core values.What We're Looking For: - 7-10 years of janitorial operations leadership.- Track record of managing $5M+ portfolios. - Strong communicator, integrity-driven, client-focused.Education: A bachelor's degree in a field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or related discipline is the standard expectation.Experience: Ten or more years of progressively more responsible experience in facilities, operations, or janitorial services. This includes significant time spent in a senior leadership or management capacity.Key skills: Beyond formal education, the position demands a specific set of high-level skills:Operational managementBudgeting and financial managementStrategic planningContract negotiationKnowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations
