This role is for someone who thrives on order, optimization, and execution — someone who can take the firm’s strategic goals and turn them into well-designed systems that keep the team focused, productive, and aligned.You’ll work closely with the Managing Attorney to refine processes, implement operational systems, and ensure the firm runs smoothly, efficiently, and proactively. The right person will have a process engineering or Chief of Staff mindset — calm under pressure, clear-thinking amid chaos, and deeply committed to excellence and accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and optimize day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless workflows and accountability across all departments.Design, document, and enforce firm processes and procedures to eliminate inefficiency and “winging it.”Implement and maintain project management systems (such as Trello or similar tools) to ensure prioritization, task tracking, and accountability.Serve as the operational right hand to the Managing Attorney — translating vision and goals into concrete action plans.Monitor and manage firm KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven solutions.Foster a culture of professionalism, focus, and continuous improvement.Manage vendor relationships, oversee technology and systems integration, and ensure operational compliance.Support strategic growth initiatives, including firm visibility and marketing efforts, without compromising quality or culture.Coach, mentor, and develop staff to build operational excellence, teamwork, and professional growth.QualificationsProven experience in law firm operations, business management, or a similar leadership role.Exceptional organizational and project management skills; able to design, implement, and sustain systems.Process-oriented mindset — enjoys bringing structure and clarity to complexity.Calm, even-keeled temperament with the ability to bring stability to a fast-paced, high-performing team.Strong communication and leadership skills; able to inspire accountability and professionalism.Tech-forward thinker with experience using project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).Growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Background in law, finance, business operations, or engineering-like process management is highly valued.Compensation and BenefitsBase Salary: $140,000 annuallyBonus: KPI-based performance bonus + discretionary bonusRetirement: 401(k) Safe Harbor (3%) + Profit Share (both automatic)Paid Time Off:Years 0–2: 10 vacation days + 5 sick days annuallyYears 3+: 15 vacation days + 5 sick days annuallyProfessional Development: Continuing education fully covered — we strongly encourage and invest in skill development.Full Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverageWhy You’ll Love Working HereThis is a rare opportunity to join a highly intelligent, dedicated team at a pivotal moment of growth.
