The Opportunity:We are looking for an exceptional systems-driven Director of Operations to refine, optimize, and scale our entire backend operations, driving efficiency and profitability across the organization. Someone who will provide executive oversight and leadership for our operational functions: Field Service Management and Customer Relations/Customer Service, Purchasing and Inventory Control. This is a high-impact, visible leadership role where you will be tasked with:Overseeing multiple departments such as.Scheduling & Customer ServiceEstimating & PurchasingInventory & Procurement Field ManagementEnforcing/implementing company processes that are already in place and creating improvements where necessary.Ensuring project objectives are communicated for each department and providing clarity where needed. Driving the optimization of operational technology and company software such as EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System and Service Trade, the field management system.Prepare weekly EOS meeting agenda and communicate previous meeting actionable/deliverable items & execution. Partner with all departments to continuously improve technician scheduling, resource allocation, training programs, and on-site execution quality.Collaborate with senior department heads (Sales, Finance, HR) to align daily operations with company-wide goals and project specific objectives.Proactively identify systemic bottlenecks, diagnose root causes, and lead cross-functional projects to resolve complex operational challenges. Required Experience & Skills:The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive operations leadership experience, a deep proficiency in operational systems and software, and a demonstrable background in the service, field service, or project-based industries [preferable].Demonstrated hands-on expertise with implementing and optimizing operational software and technology platforms.Exceptional leadership capabilities, including the ability to effectively mentor, coach, delegate, and drive accountability across diverse teams.This is an unparalleled opportunity for a process-minded Executive who excels at problem-solving, building robust systems, and cultivating high-performing teams.
