DescriptionRobert Half is looking for an experienced Director of Operations to lead and optimize the operational functions of our client's organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in managing multidisciplinary teams. Based in the Philadelphia area, this position requires a strategic leader with expertise in risk management, business planning, and team development.Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations and guide the Operations team, including mentoring and supervising staff such as the Operations Analyst.Conduct performance evaluations for Administrative Directors and other operational personnel.Lead the development and execution of the organization’s annual business plan by collaborating with internal stakeholders.Manage the risk management program, including contract review, negotiation, and coordination with external legal counsel when necessary.Organize and deliver training sessions for staff on topics related to risk and financial management.Build and maintain relationships with key external partners, including insurance brokers, carriers, legal professionals, and commercial real estate brokers.Direct the renewal and administration of annual insurance policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.RequirementsThe ideal Director of Operations will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Finance and/or Management.
