This role is not for an office manager; we are seeking an accomplished Director of Operations based in downtown Jacksonville, Florida! . We specialize in immigration law, family law, and criminal defense to assist individuals in making the United States their home.Compensation:$85,000 - $120,000 yearly + bonusResponsibilities:Holds team accountable based on measurable KPI'sManages office facilities and office supply inventoryAssists the Owner with recruitment, hiring, personnel, and general human resources operationsHandles training and onboarding for new employeesSupervises the work of the non-lawyer support staff and vendorsAdministers payroll (verifying work hours, leave time, overtime) and benefitsOversees the Firm’s case management, contact management, and document managementCreates, implements, improves, and makes sure everyone is following the Firm's policies and proceduresPrepares Dashboards and Status Reports for the Owner and future AdministratorManaging Accounts Receivable and Accounts PayableCommunicates well with staff and ownerQualifications:Prior supervisory experience, preferably with a staff of 20+ peopleEmployee engagement and leadership, supervision, and terminationManaging bookkeepers, accountants, understanding of financial controls, technology services, and other vendorsManaging projects to ensure they are resolved successfully, on time, and on budgetImplementation of policies, systems, and proceduresBilingual in English and Spanish is a plusAbout CompanyOur Founding and Managing Attorney is a business-driven professional who is passionate about helping good people make their home in the greatest country in the world!
