This exempt position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient experience operational efficiency and revenue growth.About the Role:As the Director of Patient Access you will oversee all aspects of the admissions processfrom workflow optimization and patient satisfaction to promoting the hospital in the community. Youll drive best practices lead a dedicated team and collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.This is a hands-on leadership position that requires a consistent onsite presence. The Director must be ready to step in and support staffing when operational needs arise.
