Position Summary The Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS) is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, patient care quality, staff performance, and compliance with healthcare regulations. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality patient outcomes while maintaining strong interdisciplinary collaboration and operational efficiency. The client emphasized that this role requires strong clinical judgment, leadership maturity, and comfort working with productivity-driven environments. Masters’ Degree NPPA Certification Education & Certifications Active clinical license (RN or equivalent preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred Certification in healthcare leadership preferred Why Join This Company?
