Position Summary The Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS) is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, patient care quality, staff performance, and compliance with healthcare regulations. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality patient outcomes while maintaining strong interdisciplinary collaboration and operational efficiency. The client emphasized that this role requires strong clinical judgment, leadership maturity, and comfort working with productivity-driven environments. Core Responsibilities Oversee daily clinical operations and patient care delivery Supervise clinical team members (nurses, case managers, therapists, and support staff) Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations Monitor quality assurance initiatives and patient outcomes Review and manage documentation accuracy Lead onboarding, training, and performance development Collaborate with physicians and leadership team regarding care plans Maintain workflow efficiency and service standards Participate in strategic growth and operational improvements Compensation Base Salary: Competitive and experience-based Benefits Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (50% - 60% on Premiums as well) 401(k) with 4% employer match options Paid Time Off (PTO) – Sick Leaves Professional Development Support Continuing Education Support Leadership Growth Opportunities Qualifications Required Strong clinical background in healthcare or home health/hospice Prior leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of compliance, care coordination, and documentation High accountability for patient outcomes Experience working in structured, protocol-driven environments Preferred Previous Director or Assistant Director-level leadership experience Experience working with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Masters’ Degree NPPA Certification Education & Certifications Active clinical license (RN or equivalent preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred Certification in healthcare leadership preferred Why Join This Company?
