The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Type Full-Time/Regular The Director of Patient Engagement is responsible for providing leadership, process development, management and general oversight of all patient conflict throughout GSDM. The Director conducts investigations, provides resolutions, meets with community stakeholders to answer questions. The Director is responsible for the development and implementation of training and patient resolution in partnership with assigned department. The Director of Patient Engagement plays a critical role in the overall success of patient care throughout GSDM and the development of patient interaction with current students and faculty.
