Director of Patient Services at Ozen Audiology

Ozen Audiology | South Florida

Ozen Audiology is growing and we’re looking for a motivated, people-oriented representative to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, working with healthcare facilities, and helping patients access hearing care services.

You will act as the facility liaison, connecting with healthcare providers and helping enroll eligible patients into our audiology program.

What You’ll Do

• Visit and communicate with partner healthcare facilities
• Build relationships with facility staff and administrators
• Identify and enroll patients into the Ozen Audiology program
• Educate patients about hearing care services
• Coordinate patient information with our internal team
• Help expand our patient network

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, confident communicator
• Strong people skills and relationship building
• Healthcare, outreach, or sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Spanish speaking is a big plus (very helpful in our community)
