Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDirector of Pediatric ServicesLocation: Berkeley, CASchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMSalary: $300,000–$310,000 annuallyPosition Summary:We are seeking a Director of Pediatric Services to provide vision and leadership for a busy pediatrics department serving underserved children and families. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, this physician leader will align clinical practice, team performance, and department strategy with the needs of the community.Responsibilities:Direct day-to-day clinical operations and supervise pediatric providers and staffSet clear clinical standards, protocols, and outcome goalsLead quality and safety initiatives across the departmentBuild strong relationships with families and community partners to address health disparitiesSupport alignment of pediatric services with organizational mission and long-term plansRequirementsActive California medical license without disciplinary historyBoard-certified in Pediatrics, Family Medicine, or Medicine/PediatricsCurrent DEA and BLS certificationsMinimum 7 years of ambulatory pediatric experience, including leadership responsibilitiesExperience in community-based or FQHC environments and working closely with the Black communitySubmit your CV today!
