Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDirector of Pediatric ServicesLocation: San Francisco, CASchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMSalary Range: $300,000–$310,000 per yearPosition Overview:We are hiring a Director of Pediatric Services to design, grow, and oversee pediatric programs within a mission-driven clinic setting in San Francisco, CA. This position is ideal for a physician who enjoys building services from a systems perspective combining day-to-day clinical oversight with long-term planning focused on equity and access.Responsibilities:Lead pediatric program development, including new services and care models tailored to community needsSupervise and mentor pediatric clinicians, supporting ongoing professional developmentMonitor outcomes using clinical and operational data, and adjust strategies accordinglyEnsure that care is culturally responsive and honors the lived experiences of Black families and other underserved populationsPrepare the department for audits, surveys, and external reviews while maintaining high standards of careRequirementsActive California medical license with no disciplinary historyBoard certification in Pediatrics, Family Medicine, or Medicine/PediatricsCurrent DEA and BLSAt least 7 years of ambulatory pediatric experience, including formal leadership responsibilitiesDemonstrated experience in community-based care and strong commitment to health equitySubmit your CV today!
