Director of Program Development & Occupational TherapyCall to Freedom Sioux Falls SDFull-Time ExemptJob Summary:The Director of Program Development & Occupational Therapy plays a key leadership role in supporting survivors of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. This position oversees the delivery of trauma-informed occupational therapy services manages key program staff and guides program development through data tracking grant support and collaborative planning. The ideal candidate is a compassionate licensed OT with strong organizational skills a commitment to trauma-informed care and the ability to lead both people and processes within a mission-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee OT screenings assessments treatment plans and evidence-based trauma-informed servicesProvide direct occupational therapy services and maintain accurate documentation and dataSupervise Occupational Therapy Assistants Database Specialist Spirituality & Mentor Coordinator and Youth Navigator CoordinatorDevelop OT plans for Marissas House and Outreach clients with case managers and the contractual OTTrack program statistics COPM measures and grant-related data and deliverablesAssist with program timelines grant reporting and research or development projectsSupport a positive safe and trauma-informed environment for clientsUphold confidentiality agency values and team collaboration standardsQualifications:Bachelors degree or higher in Occupational Therapy preferredActive OT license (or ability to obtain and maintain)Experience with trauma violence substance abuse or human trafficking populations preferredStrong communication organizational and critical-thinking skillsAbility to supervise staff and manage program dataFlexible and able to work 40 hours/weekWork Environment & Physical Requirements:Combination of sitting standing and light lifting (1030 lbs)Regular computer work and interaction with staff and clientsWhy Work With Us:Meaningful work supporting survivor recovery and empowermentMission-focused and supportive cultureOpportunity to shape and grow agency programsHow to Apply:Submit your resume and cover letter to Applications reviewed on a rolling basis.Required Experience:Director Key Skills Employee Evaluation,HIPAA,Data Collection,HTTPS,Physiology Knowledge,Physio therapy,Computer Literacy,Patient Assessment,Pediatrics Experience,Home Care,Critical Care Experience,Patient Service Experience Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
