Director of Program Integrity Dallas TX 75201 Full-time $61.06 per hour (estimated) Our client is seeking a Director of Program Integrity to lead oversight of claims editing fraud prevention initiatives and payment accuracy operations. This position is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the department. Key Responsibilities Identify and analyze job designs work processes and workflows to implement changes that improve efficiency and effectiveness Stay current on industry developments trends and best practices through seminars workshops and professional literature Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable rules regulations policies laws and guidelines Develop and manage annual departmental budgets Create implement and monitor annual goals and objectives for the department Select train supervise motivate schedule and evaluate departmental staff Schedule and Shift Details Onsite presence required at least six days per month Qualifications Required Bachelors degree or higher Minimum 2 years of managed care experience At least 1 year of experience in any of the following: ICD-10 medical coding or Medicaid At least one of the following certifications: Lean Six Sigma or Project Management Professional (PMP) Benefits Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life insurance Disability insurance At Nurchure Staffing Solutions were dedicated to matching you with opportunities that align perfectly with your skills and career aspirations.
