About the Role

As a key member of the hospital leadership team, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of Quality Improvement, Patient Safety, and Accreditation programs across the organization.

You will play a critical role in building and sustaining a Culture of Safety, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving measurable improvements in patient outcomes.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

✔️ Registered Nurse (RN) required

✔️ Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in a healthcare-related field

✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Performance Improvement

✔️ Current professional licensure as required by state regulations

✔️ CPHQ certification preferred (or eligible within 2 years)
