This leadership role oversees the rehabilitation program, mentors a multidisciplinary team, and shapes the delivery of resident-focused care.*Key Responsibilities** Lead and manage daily operations of the rehabilitation department* Supervise and support PT, OT, SLP, assistants, and aides* Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality documentation* Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams* Develop individualized care plans and support PDPM processes* Monitor productivity, clinical outcomes, and departmental performance* Participate in audits, care conferences, and leadership meetings*Qualifications** Active California license in PT, OT, or SLP, in good standing* *Minimum 1 year of experience as a DOR in a skilled nursing facility (required)** Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology (or higher)* Prior leadership experience in a rehabilitation department preferred* Knowledge of PDPM, Medicare, and SNF regulations* Experience with EMR systems and regulatory compliance* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills* Ability to foster teamwork, professional excellence, and a positive work environment* Passionate about service in geriatric care*Compensation & Benefits - Terms and Conditions Apply: ** Referral, Hiring and Retention Bonus Programs* Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance* 401 (k) Retirement Plan* Supportive Team Environment* Career Growth Opportunities* More Benefits Included*Application Instructions*Interested candidates are *invited to apply *and *upload their resume*.
