Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: The Director of Sales will manage and oversee the sales and business development within the company. They will design framework and strategies to meet sales targets, develop and cultivate relationships with clients, and evaluate costs to determine the strongest pricing structure when seeking business with clients.Job Type: Full Time Hybrid or RemoteDuties and Responsibilities: Develops and executes strategic plans to achieve sales targets.Creates and communicates sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.Builds and maintains long-lasting, strong relationships with clients while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.Understands repossession industry-specific trends and landscapes.Effectively communicates value propositions through presentations and proposals.Reports on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.Other duties as required by business needs.Requirements:Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish.Experience in the financial services industry preferred with an emphasis on working with Banks, Credit Unions and Lenders.Experience in repossession industry.Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.Proven ability to articulate the distinct and unique aspects of the repossession industry.Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.Understanding of how to position services against competitors within the industry.Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid HolidaysOpen to Hybrid at our Facility in Natchez, MS, or fully Remote with the ability to travel to Natchez, MS as needed. Must be able to do overnight travel to client sites on a regular basis.
